Most insurance plans will cover custom orthotics every one to two years. The amount insurance will pay varies depending on your plan, which usually range from $200 - $800. In some cases your insurance will require a medical doctor’s prescription before ordering your orthotics. Please verify the amount your insurance will cover and if they require a medical doctor prescription for your reimbursement.

Our custom orthotics are competitively priced at $450 which includes your exam and second visit fitting. Full payment is due at the time of your initial exam where your new orthotics will be ordered electronically that day.
